Wine Rack Guru ships via FedEx Monday – Friday until to 5 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will carry over to the following business day. We offer Ground, 3 Day Express Saver, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping. Express orders must be placed by 12 p.m. Mountain Standard time in order to be shipped same day. If after 12 p.m, then the order will carry over to the following business day. Wine Rack Guru is not responsible for any FedEx service delays. All Ground orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing the order. If your product did not arrive on time based on a service delay by FedEx, please call us with-in 3 business days and we will assist you in getting a refund from FedEx. When submitting an order, please verify that all shipping information is correct when placing your order, to ensure no delays on your delivery. For larger orders, we may palletize your order and ship by LTL Freight, to ensure all of your components arrive at once! Depending on the carrier, they may have to set up an appointment with you prior to being delivered.
We offer free shipping on most of our Racking Products. This offer is valid for FedEx Ground shipping to the "ship to" address on your order. Please note it will state free shipping where it is applicable. If you choose express shipping, additional charges will apply. This offer is only valid for orders shipping with in the contiguous United States, and is not applicable for orders shipping to HI, PR or AK. Sorry for any inconvenience, but Wine Rack Guru can not ship to Po Boxes or APOs. No adjustments will be made on previous purchases. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer is valid for website orders only and does not apply to custom racking or phone orders.

Damaged or Defective Product: Once your shipment has arrived please carefully inspect the package before signing. If your product appears to be damaged in shipping please call us right away so that we can take the proper steps to replace it if necessary. Warranty: Wine Rack Guru offers a one year warranty against the defect of any natural materials or workmanship. If a defect should arise please contact us immediately so we can make proper arrangements to handle the issue accordingly. Warranty is void if the product has been misused or modified.
Any product that has been altered from it’s original state in anyway, including having been cut, painted or stained is not returnable.
Cancellation: If your order has not been shipped for any reason you may cancel your order at any point for a full refund. Any orders that have been shipped may carry a restocking fee no greater than 15%.
Return Process: To return an order that has shipped please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization and the correct Return Address. We will be happy to issue a call tag for your product and have all shipping charges deducted from the amount of your credit. Returns will not be processed without a Returns Authorization.
Refunds: Once a return or cancellation has been processed, appropriate refunds will be completed within 3-5 business days.
